Programs: Internet Mail

Internet Mail is the IP e-mail client included with the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser. Checking the settings is a fairly easy process.

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click on the Mail button.
3. From the Mail menu, select Mail Options.

4. On the Send tab, check any options you'd prefer. Select "Plain Text."

5. On the Server tab, enter the following:

Name: Your real name.
Email address: username@aebc.com (where "username" is your username)
Outgoing Mail: smtp.aebc.com
Incoming Mail: pop3.aebc.com
POP3 Account: username (where "username" is your username)
Password: Your password (this is optional. If you don't enter it here, you'll be asked to do so every time you download your mail.)

Click OK.
