Programs: Netscape Navigator 4.x
Navigation with Netscape Communicator is a different beast than Netscape 3.0, but it's easy to manage if you remember the following things:
1. How to type in a URL
- Find the URL in the Address: field.
- Highlight the URL with your mouse.
- Replace it with the URL of the place you want to go.
- Hit Return, and you're on your way.
2. How to move back and forth from page to page
The Back button--
--allows you to go the page you had just visited.
The Forward button--
--lets you move forward again, after you've clicked Back. Play around with
it, you'll understand.
3. How to add a site to your Bookmarks:
- Go to the site you want to add.
- Click on the Bookmarks button and select "Add to Bookmarks."

- That's it--you're done.
How to visit a site via your Bookmark list
That's simple--from the Bookmark list, select the website you want to visit.
The easy way to get to Mail and News
This button, found in the lower
right-hand corner of the web browser, allows you to read mail and news, as well as access
the Composer to write web pages quickly!
