Programs: Outlook Express


  1. Go to the Tools Menu.
    From the Tools Menu in Outlook Express, select Accounts.

  2. Add a mail account.
    In the dialog box that pops up, click on the Add button and select Mail.

  3. Enter your Real Name. Type your real name.

  4. Enter your email address.
    type your email address. It should look something like: username@teleport.com

  5. The mail servers
    the mail server is a POP3 mailserver. For both incoming and outgoing mail, type: mail.teleport.com

  6. Type in your username. make sure that you're logging on using your lowercase username. this is the first half of your email address.

  7. Your Friendly Name.
    Type your username for your friendly name.

  8. Connect using your phone line.
    Make sure you're connecting using your phone.

  9. Select AEBC for your Connection.
    if Teleport is there, select 'use an existing dial-up connection' and select Teleport.

  10. Click on Finish.
    Click on Finish. You're done!
